Advances in construction technology mean your building project is managed through our proprietary Design, Manufacture, Construct (DMC) digital construction platform, creating a vertically-integrated procurement & logistics hub that delivers environmentally sustainable & energy-efficient buildings. Modular designs bring savings in cost and time, with the ‘high-performance building envelope’ completed in 5 to 10 days, and the remaining finishing making the whole build duration only 6 to 8 weeks. Sustainable materials are recycled/recyclable from 100% local sources (where possible), supporting a circular economy, meeting “passive house” and “net-zero energy” standards, and integrating solar photo-voltaic collectors and battery storage into projects.



DEFINITION: At its simplest, the building envelope is the exterior or shell of a building that repels the elements. At its most complex, it’s an engineering system that meshes elements such as structural integrity, moisture control, temperature control, and air pressure boundaries into a single design strategy. It is the physical separator between the conditioned and unconditioned environment of a building including the resistance to air, water, heat, light, and noise transfer. It’s the part of the house that you can draw a line around: the roof, the walls, and the foundation. While the building envelope is a silhouette of sorts, it’s important to remember that these are compounded layers. The PAVSYS composite building envelope should be thought of as having the least number of pieces working together to provide all of the essential layers, including the integrated structural support.
